What is Community Safety Day?

This event will focus on Distracted Driving, as this is a growing problem leading to fatalities, serious injury, and increased insurance premiums. Community Safety Day will include a chili cook-off, fire trucks, crash cars, giveaways, hands-on safety demos, and tips.


Why Community Safety Day?

The Annual Community Safety Day is a fundraiser whose proceeds will benefit  Krysta's Karing Angels & Texas Volunteer Firefighters Relief Fund who are both making a difference in our community.  


How do I register a team for the chili cook-off?

Complete the registration form found HERE.  Don't forget to get t-shirts for each team member!

You must supply all of your own equipment, condiments, tables, cookware, etc. The event will sell tickets to guests. You are welcome to decorate your 10x10 space any way you see fit. This is a no rules chili cook-off. All entries will be judged and winning categories will win an award plague. Teams are responsible for cleaning up their areas at the end of the event. Set up can begin before 9 am and break down is at 2 pm.
